Annual leave

Associates earn more than three weeks of annual leave during their first year of work. As part of a global service recognition program, associates also receive a bonus week of leave every five years.

Sick and hospitalization leave

All associates are eligible for 14 days of combined sick leave and hospitalization leave, up to a maximum of 60 days each year.

Maternity and childcare leave

Associates are entitled to take paid maternity and childcare leave according to statutory guidelines.

Other time away from work

In addition, we offer marriage, bereavement and examination leaves.
